Jagannath University (JnU) students have applied for National Identity Card (NID) on a priority basis and the university administration has confirmed that they have received National Identity Card (NID) on a priority basis.
This was confirmed in a press release issued on Tuesday (July 13).
The university administration has already discussed with the Election Commission to ensure that the students of Jagannath University receive National Identity Card (NID) on a priority basis in order to get the Covid-19 vaccine.
To that end, students need to go to the https://services.nidw.gov.bd/new_voter weblink and complete the steps described below and download the completed form (Form-2) in PDF format online. After printing the PDF form and signing and attesting the required, the students submit the application along with the copy of the ID card of the university and other necessary documents to the Upazila / Thana Election Office and they will be given the national identity card on a priority basis.
After receiving the National Identity Card (NID), the university administration will take the next step to get their vaccine in time.
