- Arranging and maintaining reception services, including greeting the visitors in the office with good manners.
- Has an understanding of operation for the PABX system.
- Receive/transfer calls, distribute and handle all incoming and outgoing mail and documents through national and international courier service providers.
- Maintaining registers of all incoming calls, messages, visitor logs, etc.
- Arranging official meeting schedules and appointments when requested and confirming all appointments and official meetings with external offices.
- Shall be capable to handle Guests and direct the guest to the right person to meet.
- Shall be responsible to keep all types of records relating to the Front / Reception Desk.
To attend corporate affairs, Department daily work monitoring.
- Customer handling over the phone and work with Customer Care Team based on the requirement.
- Perform other administrative jobs as per the assignment of the management.
- Other tasks assigned by Management.
