A total of 203 individuals, spanning various age groups, received free healthcare services at the Urban Primary Health Care Services Delivery Project-II in Hazaribagh. The initiative, managed by Dhaka Ahsania Mission, Health Sector, not only offered medical consultations but also included medicine distribution, blood group determination, and diabetes testing.
The health camp, held from 10 am to 3 pm on Saturday (December 9, 2013), was orchestrated as part of a month-long series of activities commemorating the 150th birth anniversary of Hazrat Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah (RA), the visionary founder of Ahsania Mission.
Earlier, the health camp was inaugurated by Alhaj Professor, Vice President of Dhaka Ahsania Mission. Kazi Shariful Alam. He said, “Hazrat Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah (RA) originally dreamed of a society without discrimination, he always sought to get close to God by loving the poor and oppressed people.”
Project Manager Mahfida Dina Rubaiah gave a welcome speech and a closing speech was given by Assistant Director of Health Sector Dr. Naila Parveen. The overall supervision of the camp was the clinic manager Dr. Ishrat Sharmin.
