Another Tragic Day : Afghanistan Tremor
An earthquake hit on a richter scale of 6.3 magnitudes in Afghanistan last Wednesday. The quake took place at the west province of Afghanistan in Herat. Local time around five past ten at dawn, the quake took a massive toll of 2400 death till date. Fearing more jolts, prior to Saturday quake, people are spending their life under the sky to protect themselves.
The quake also affected Chahak Village. It was not undamaged last Saturday. Almost 700 homes houses were turned into debris. This 10 minutes tremor made an obstacle for a logistic aid service for the affected area.
Rescue operation along with volunteers to look for survivors around the debris is still on going around this weekend.
